Italian Lasagna With Toasted Garlic Bread and Banana Pineapple Salad

Combine Softened butter and garlic powder with electric mixer. Slice bread into thick slabs. Spread each side with butter mixture. Place on a large cooking sheet and turn your oven on broil. Brown bread under broiler, turning to toast both sides.

Banana Pineapple Salad

1 c sugar

1/4 c flour

1/8 t salt

Juice from large can chunky pineapple

2 eggs

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice, and eggs. Heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and add:

1 c mini marshmallows

1 c chopped pecans

1 can chunky pineapple

8-10 thinly sliced bananas
