'Do not drink alcohol and caffeine. Alcohol and caffeine drinks will stimulate your body cells and keep you awakened.
'Do not smoke. Nicotine is a stimulant. It will make you more difficult to fall sleep and keep you awakened.
'Do not nap during day time. Try to avoid nap if you have trouble sleeping at night. Taking nap will throw off you body clock and you will find especially hard to fall sleep at night.
'Check body iron level. People with iron deficiency tend to have difficulty to go into sleep.
'Exercise regulary but at least 3 hours before bed. Exercise can help to increase the amount of your deep sleep.
